Job summary

Paychex Europe’s online marketing team is seeking a Student Assistant in Online Marketing to support SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and reporting across Denmark and Germany. You’ll own recurring tasks, helping improve digital performance and gain hands-on B2B marketing experience in two markets.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in marketing/digital media programs, fluent in English with Danish required and German a plus; you’ll work 15 hours per week with real responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in marketing, digital media, communications or similar.
• Fluent English; Danish language skills are required, German is a strong plus.
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for copy, consistency and structure.
• Fast at execution and not afraid to try new things.
• Self-driven and reliable – you manage your own time and deliver on time.
• Some familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn — we’ll teach the rest.

Responsibilities

• Support our online marketing team across Denmark and Germany with execution across four key areas.
• Take ownership of recurring tasks and contribute directly to our digital performance.
• Responsibilities include SEO & content, social media, paid & website support, and reporting.
