Job summary

TEQQ is seeking a German-speaking colleague to source used enterprise IT hardware from companies across the DACH region. The role is flexible: full-time, part-time, or student position. You will learn IT hardware, the market, and how to handle objections, while the main task is to open doors, qualify opportunities, and move them forward.

You will identify potential sellers, engage decision-makers, and coordinate opportunities through to closure, with pricing handled by an experienced team.

Qualifications

• German fluency or native level required.
• Comfortable working in English.
• Willingness to pick up the phone and start conversations.
• Self-starter with motivation to generate opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant companies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Proactively contact potential sellers by phone as a primary tool.
• Discover what equipment companies are replacing or disposing of.
• Identify immediate opportunities and upcoming IT lifecycle projects.
• Follow up on conversations and build relationships with contacts.
• Collect equipment information and coordinate the process once an opportunity is identified.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline to prevent missed opportunities.
