Job summary

Boozt seeks a proactive Front Office Professional to own the daily workplace experience at our Copenhagen HQ. You will welcome guests, coordinate meetings, manage suppliers, and ensure office operations reflect Boozt's high standards.

As a key contact for colleagues and partners, you will drive facilities, events, and executive support with initiative, attention to detail, and a service-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in front office, reception, hospitality, administration, or similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education.
• Experience working with Google Workspace and administrative systems.
• A structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
• An eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating inspiring and welcoming spaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Front Office & Guest Experience – ensure every interaction reflects the Boozt brand.
• Drive Daily Office Operations – manage facilities, suppliers, workplace services, and office supplies.
• Maintain a High-Quality Workplace Environment – keep reception, meeting rooms, café, kitchenettes, and shared spaces tidy and presentation-ready.
• Own Vendor & Facility Coordination – oversee cleaning, catering, coffee, and partners to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate Executive & C-Level Meetings – handle room setup, catering, and logistics for management sessions.
• Manage Office Logistics & Deliveries – oversee mail, couriers, and deliveries with efficient handling.
• Bring Office Events to Life – plan and execute internal events, from Friday gatherings to large celebrations.
• Support Executive Operations – assist Chief of Staff & EOA with admin tasks, travel, and projects.

We are looking for a proactive and service-minded Front Office Professional to take ownership of the daily workplace experience at our Copenhagen HQ. As a key point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and suppliers, you will help ensure our office, facilities, and services reflect the high standards we set for ourselves.

From welcoming guests and coordinating meetings to managing suppliers, events, and office operations, you will play an important role in creating a professional and welcoming workplace environment.

What You Will Do

You will have a varied role with plenty of responsibility, so you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Responsibilities will include:

• Manage the Front Office & Guest Experience Take responsibility for the experience of everyone entering the office, ensuring every interaction reflects the Boozt brand.
• Drive Daily Office Operations Keep the office running smoothly by managing facilities, suppliers, workplace services, and office supplies.
• Maintain a High-Quality Workplace Environment Ensure the reception, meeting rooms, café, kitchenettes, and shared spaces are always clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Own Vendor & Facility Coordination Manage relationships with cleaning, catering, coffee, and facility partners to ensure consistently high service standards.
• Coordinate Executive & C-Level Meetings Take full responsibility for room setup, catering, refreshments, and meeting logistics for management and executive sessions.
• Manage Office Logistics & Deliveries Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
• Bring Office Events to Life Plan and execute internal events, from Friday gatherings to larger company celebrations, with strong attention to detail.
• Support Executive Operations Assist the Chief of Staff & Executive Personal Assistant with administrative tasks, travel coordination, and operational projects.
