Job summary

Boozt Group is seeking a Creative Operations Lead to head the in‑house Campaign Production team, guiding digital designers, editors and animators and serving as the primary contact for internal stakeholders. You will report to the Boozt Brand Director, partner with the Head of Creative and Production Manager, and own resource planning, timelines and cross‑channel production.

You’ll push for on‑time delivery and explore practical AI solutions to improve workflows.

Creative Operations Lead

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Creative Operations Lead, you will be at the centre of our in-house creative agency.

You will play a key role in bringing people, projects and priorities together and making sure our creative work gets from idea to final campaign. You will work closely with creatives, marketers and stakeholders across Boozt in a fast-paced environment with many projects moving at the same time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will lead the Campaign Production team, consisting of digital designers, editors and animators, and be the key point of contact for stakeholders across the business.

You will be part of a leadership team together with our Head of Creative and our Production Manager, and report to Boozt Brand Director.

The team takes creative concepts from our Concept team and turns them into high-quality campaigns across every customer touchpoint, ensuring consistent execution across all platforms.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead, support and develop the Campaign Production team.
• Drive consistent, on-time delivery across the team - setting clear priorities and holding the line when things get busy.
• Own resource planning and capacity management across the department.
• Plan timelines, priorities and production schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate complex creative productions across multiple channels.
• Identify and improve processes and ways of working across the creative department.
• Explore and implement practical ways to use Technology and AI in planning, production and collaboration.

YOUR PROFILE

You are an experienced team lead who knows how to keep things moving when there are a lot of people, projects and priorities involved.

You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where plans can change quickly. You know how to prioritise, communicate clearly and make decisions when needed - while keeping the team focused and the work on track. You enjoy working across different teams and know how to bring creatives, marketers, producers and other stakeholders together around a shared plan.

You probably have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager within the creative industry, from an agency, in-house creative team or production company.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong expertise in resource planning, production scheduling and stakeholder management.
• A practical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to make decisions and adapt when things change.
• A genuine curiosity for AI and experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows, collaboration or production.
