Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience in finance, consulting or related environment.
• Experience in business partnering and working across functions.
• Strong analytical acumen with the ability to tell a clear story behind analyses.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders across cultures.
• Confidence to drive discussions and data-driven decisions among cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven and collaborative mindset; ownership and impact.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive comprehensive finance processes, linking performance to business drivers.
• Prepare and present performance reports to local management with key trends.
• Act as finance partner to lines of business and leadership, guiding decisions with analysis.
• Partner across the affiliate to align on financial targets and inputs.
• Lead departmental and cross-functional projects to optimise processes.
• Share best practices and provide constructive feedback to the team.
