Job summary

BLP Digital is seeking world‑class engineers to join our Forward Deployed team. You will be embedded in customer environments, taking complex ERP automation problems from first conversation to a working production system in days.

You will own the technical solution end‑to‑end: architecture, integrations, agent and workflow logic, and frontend where needed, with strong emphasis on speed, quality, and real customer impact.

Qualifications

• Builder background with real shipping experience and production readiness.
• Fluent with modern AI tooling: LLM APIs, tool calling, evals.
• Fluency in English; German a plus.
• Strong with TypeScript on backend and React on frontend.

Responsibilities

• Sit with end-users and client engineers to understand workflows.
• Translate target processes into architectures, data models, and integrations.
• Build full-stack: TypeScript backend, React frontend, LLM orchestration.
• Demo early and often with real users, folding feedback into iterations.
• Make speed/quality/cost trade-offs; decide build vs. buy vs. existing platform.
