Job summary

Wilmo is seeking a Founder's Associate to partner closely with the founder and own the operational backbone of the business from finance to payroll, hiring and office management. You will maintain investor updates, data room readiness, and ensure all admin runs smoothly so the product and sales teams can focus on growth.

You will work in Copenhagen (Indre By) with a calendar of interviews, vendor management, and weekly cross-functional touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Danish and comfortable working with Danish authorities and partners.
• Strong ability to bring order to chaotic processes with lists and systems.
• Ability to own end-to-end operational tasks and automate repetitive work using AI.

Responsibilities

• Finance & admin: prepare investor updates and keep data room ready.
• Investor relations: communicate updates and maintain investor visibility.
• People admin: run payroll, holidays, contracts, and onboarding readiness.
• Office, events & culture: manage office, vendors, and events; ensure smooth operations.
