You will handle finance, investor updates, payroll, recruiting, office management, and events to keep the company running smoothly while the team builds and sells.

You will thrive by bringing order to chaos, taking ownership, and using your numbers skills. Fluency in Danish is a must to collaborate with local partners and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bring structure to chaotic startup operations.
• Own end-to-end operational tasks with initiative.
• Speak fluent Danish and work with Danish partners.
• Strong numerical and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Finance & Admin processes: receipts, invoices, budgets, runway.
• Prepare and send monthly investor updates.
• Run payroll and holidays, contracts, and onboarding.
• Manage recruiting pipeline and interviews scheduling.
• Run the office, events, and culture activities.
