Job summary

Nordea Bank Copenhagen seeks an ambitious Director/Associate Director to join Corporate Advisory & Start-Up and Growth. You will originate, structure and execute complex financings for Danish SMEs, including LBOs and M&A, while building strong ties with Private Equity funds.

Fluency in English and Danish, plus a Master’s degree and strong modelling skills, are required. The role offers a hybrid work model in Copenhagen with opportunities to lead strategic transactions and drive value for key

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• First-rate communication skills in English and Danish (or another Scandinavian language).
• Strong numerical, analytical and financial modelling skills, including MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure and execute complex finance transactions e.g. Leveraged buyouts, M&A-transactions and large capex-programs in the Danish SME-market.
• Perform company analysis and modelling to understand client risks.
• Build structured relationships with Private Equity funds and internal Nordea stakeholders.
• Communicate recommendations and market insights clearly in writing and verbally to clients and colleagues.
• Stay updated on products, services and financial markets to provide relevant solutions.
