Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Fleet Superintendent to manage the technical, operational and people leadership of a portfolio of vessels from Copenhagen. You will ensure safe, reliable operations and foster strong leadership across on-board teams.

You will work with Operations, Procurement and Network to deliver strategic outcomes and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic international environment, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Strong marine engineering expertise.
• Experience in vessel management and fleet leadership.
• Solid understanding of safety, regulatory compliance and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective operation of assigned vessels.
• Be leader of leaders for Masters and Chief Engineers on board.
• Coordinate with Operations, Network and Procurement to deliver strategic priorities.
• Plan and supervise maintenance, inspections and dry-docking activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and vessel performance across the fleet.
