Europcar Mobility Group Denmark A/S is seeking a Station Agent to maintain fleet quality and deliver top-tier service. This entry-level position suits hands-on workers who follow standardized processes and support both customers and station operations.

You will prepare vehicles, perform inspections, and ensure compliant handovers while collaborating with Station Manager and Fleet Manager. Prior customer service or clerical exposure helps, and vocational training is acceptable for this role.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or clerical/administrative support is an advantage.
• Entry-level role, may require vocational training but no university degree.
• Ability to follow standardized processes and checklists.

Mansioni

• Prepare vehicles according to high-quality standards, ensuring they are clean and road-legal.
• Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles are ready for customer handover.
• Deliver and collect vehicles, providing essential information to customers.
• Identify damage or maintenance issues and document findings at collection points.
• Assist Station Manager, Fleet Manager and Team Leader with vehicle movements and customer service.
