Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Station Agent to ensure fleet readiness and deliver top-tier customer service at our station. You will prepare vehicles, inspect for readiness, manage handovers, and document any issues while supporting fleet movement and service goals.

Aufgaben

• Prepare vehicles according to high-quality standards, ensuring clean, road-legal status and documentation.
• Conduct inspections using the Ready for Rent checklist to verify vehicle readiness.
• Deliver and collect vehicles, providing key information such as CO2 emissions and vehicle value.
• Identify damages or maintenance issues and report findings with required documentation at collection points.
• Coordinate with Station Manager, Fleet Manager and Team Leader on vehicle movements, service and development activities.
• Maintain professional customer service and adhere to health, safety and environmental guidelines.
