Job summary

Green SM, a fast-growing electric taxi and mobility company backed by a major conglomerate, is preparing for a Denmark launch and is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operational setup during this exciting growth phase. You will collaborate with drivers and field teams to coordinate dispatch, onboarding, and daily communication.

Qualifications

• Experience within operations, logistics, transportation, fleet management, or service operations.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing startup environment.
• Hands-on mindset with ability to solve problems quickly and independently.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with operational KPIs.
• Fluent Danish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily taxi and fleet operations, including driver coordination and dispatch support.
• Monitor operational performance, service quality, and KPIs.
• Support driver management, onboarding, scheduling, and daily communication.
• Ensure fleet readiness and coordinate maintenance and operational checks.
• Handle operational issues, incidents, and customer escalations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with local and global teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Support implementation and optimization of operational processes during launch phase.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and local regulations.

Green SM is a fast-growing electric taxi and mobility company backed by Vingroup — one of the largest conglomerates in Vietnam. After successfully launching across multiple international markets, we are now preparing for our launch in Denmark as part of our European expansion.

We are currently looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Denmark launch team and support the day-to-day operational setup during an exciting growth phase.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, operations coordination, problem-solving, and working closely with drivers and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily taxi and fleet operations, including driver coordination and dispatch support
• Monitor operational performance, service quality, and key KPIs
• Support driver management, onboarding, scheduling, and daily communication
• Ensure fleet readiness and coordinate vehicle maintenance and operational checks
• Handle operational issues, incidents, and customer escalations in a timely manner
• Collaborate cross-functionally with local and global teams to improve operational efficiency
• Support implementation and optimization of operational processes during launch phase
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and local regulations
