Job summary

Engira seeks an Energy Revenue Management Director to maximize the value of its renewable energy portfolio through energy market strategy, commercial optimization, and active management of market exposure. You will own the Energy Revenue Management function and shape its development as the portfolio grows.

• Solid experience in the energy sector with European power markets.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-country teams.
• Excellent English communication and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement energy market strategies across Engira's portfolio.
• Lead PPA origination, negotiations and contract management.
• Develop hedging strategies and coordinate with Risk Management.
• Maximize revenues from merchant exposure, storage, and flexibility markets.
• Own revenue and cash flow forecasting and improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide commercial insights to support route-to-market decisions.
