Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and tax matters for regional and international teams.

The role focuses on controlling, cash flow management, and process optimization, with collaboration across multiple business units and ERP projects.

Qualifications

• Master's or HD level education in finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience from an international group is preferred.
• Auditing background is advantageous.
• Strong competencies in controlling, consolidation, and tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and controlling for specific business units.

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks.

Job description

• Manage financial reporting and controlling for specific business units
• Perform reconciliation, compliance, and analysis of reporting packages
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks
• Handle internal group reporting, consolidation, and external reporting
• Coordinate audits and ensure documentation for internal and external audits
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and perform tax-related tasks with external advisors
• Continuously optimize and establish internal processes
• Manage cash flow and establish a cash flow model
• Participate in cross-functional business projects, including future ESG and ERP projects
• Collaborate with approximately 20 finance colleagues in Denmark and global teams
• Contribute to the transformation of the finance function through automation, compliance, and efficiency

Requirements

• Relevant financial education at the master's or HD level
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Preferably a background in auditing
• Experience from an international group preferred
• Strong competencies in controlling, consolidation, and tax matters
• Advanced user of Excel
• Preferably experience with Dynamics AX and Power BI
• Structured, analytical, and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across the organization
• Effortless communication in both Danish and English
