Accenture in Copenhagen is seeking a Finance ERP Consultant/Manager to shape the finance transformation, operating model and supporting technology. You will redesign EPM, planning, reporting, data and AI, while guiding multi-client CFO agendas across the Nordics and the Netherlands.
You will lead workstreams and a small team, drive change management, and help win future engagements, with a hybrid Copenhagen base and English required (Danish preferred).
Most finance transformations start with the system. Ours start with the operating model, and the technology comes second. We’re Accenture’s NLN Finance practice across the Nordics and the Netherlands, and you’d be based in Copenhagen, working with CFOs across the region on the whole of finance transformation — strategy, planning, reporting, data and the ERP that ties it together — alongside our EPM and finance-platform people in Amsterdam and the Nordics.
You’re the kind of finance person who sees the whole function — strategy and operating model, planning and reporting, the technology underneath — not just one piece of it. You know finance operating models well enough to redesign them, and you’re as comfortable framing a CFO’s ambition as choosing the technology to deliver it. You’re interested in how data and AI change planning, reporting and decision-making, and you like being the person who can explain the numbers behind a decision.
you’ll also lead workstreams and a small team, drive the change management that makes a new model stick, and help grow the business by shaping proposals, developing accounts and winning the next phase of work.
Three things matter to us as much as your track record:
As a Consultant that means owning real work end to end and making the team better; as a Manager, leading by doing and knowing which problem is worth solving.
And three things you can expect from us:
Copenhagen
