Educational background in Finance or Accounting with leadership experience.
Experience leading senior Finance profiles in complex, transforming organisations.
Strong English communication and solid finance systems/data knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the senior leaders across Accounting, Controlling and Reporting.
Establish clear priorities, responsibilities and ways of working across Finance.
Drive the development of the Finance operating model, processes and governance.
Lead process optimisation, standardisation and automation initiatives.
Strengthen governance, controls and process ownership.
Establish KPIs and performance frameworks and collaborate with the wider business.
