Job summary

engira is searching for a Finance Director to lead and further develop Finance across Accounting, Controlling and Reporting. You will join the CFO leadership team and lead a Finance organisation, driving transformation and stronger collaboration across the business.

The role requires an energetic leader with deep Finance experience, experience in a complex, changing environment, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Finance or Accounting
• Several years of leadership responsibility in a finance function
• Experience leading complex or transformational finance setups
• Strong English communication and collaboration across senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of finance systems and data

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance organisation across Accounting, Controlling and Reporting
• Establish priorities, responsibilities and ways of working across Finance
• Drive development of the Finance operating model and governance
• Lead process optimisation, standardisation and automation initiatives
• Strengthen governance, controls and process ownership
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks across Finance
• Collaborate with the wider business and act as sparring partner to the CFO
• Own key projects and complex finance initiatives when required
