Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience within controlling, financial planning, business partnering, or management reporting.
• Experience with financial data, analyses, and reporting tools; ERP systems such as SAP and tools like Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance audiences.
• Professional proficiency in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning processes including Anchor Budget (AB) and Rolling Estimates (RE).
• Partner with managers to provide financial insights, performance tracking, and decision support.
• Prepare analyses, management reports, presentations, and leadership recommendations.
• Support month-end closing and high-quality financial reporting and control processes.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial excellence.
