Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Hillerød is seeking a Finance Controller who partners with managers across the organisation to ensure financial transparency, supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management.

You will drive planning processes, provide insights, prepare analyses and leadership presentations, and support month-end closes while contributing to continuous improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience within controlling, financial planning, business partnering, or management reporting.
• Experience with financial data, analyses, and reporting tools (SAP and Power BI).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning processes, including Anchor Budget (AB) and Rolling Estimates (RE).
• Partner with managers to provide financial insights, performance tracking and decision support.
• Prepare analyses, management reports, presentations, and leadership recommendations.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure high-quality reporting and controls.
• Lead cross-functional projects improving financial excellence and operations.
