Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Hillerød, Denmark invites a Purchasing Professional to strengthen our Finance & Procurement team. You will support end-to-end procurement, ensure compliance with processes, and drive Purchase-to-Pay improvements while collaborating with global colleagues.

You will analyse data with Power BI, manage KPI reporting, and influence buying with stakeholders across the site. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and experience with SAP or Coupa are expected, alongside fluency

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience with procurement operations, Purchase-to-Pay, and ERP systems such as SAP; familiarity with Coupa.
Strong analytical capabilities with data, reporting, and Power BI to support decisions and improvements.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build relationships across levels and functions.
Proficiency in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end procurement process including PO creation, delivery follow-up, invoice handling and process compliance.
Challenge and approve purchase requests while partnering with stakeholders to create value.
Collaborate daily with global colleagues and support functions for efficient purchasing operations and stakeholder experience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and Purchase-to-Pay to simplify and standardise processes.
Support data-driven decision-making via KPI management, reporting, analytics, and Power BI visualisation.
