Qualifications

Proficiency in Excel for data consolidation and template maintenance, and in PowerPoint for decision material.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recurring planning cycles by preparing meeting agendas, timelines, and action overviews.
Track actions, update overviews and ensure smooth day-to-day leadership activities.
Prepare clear, well-structured presentations for leadership forums and consolidate inputs from multiple sources.
Support financial analysis and data consolidation to deliver accurate, timely insights.
Maintain clear documentation and ensure timely follow-up on actions and deadlines.
Strengthen templates, trackers and overview materials; apply AI tools to improve efficiency.
