Job summary

Nobia, a leading European kitchen specialist, invites a Finance Business Partner / Business Controller to join our Aarhus finance team. This role blends controlling, analysis and business partnering to turn data into value across Nordic brands.

You will drive monthly closing, forecasts and performance management, partnering with leadership to explain variances and identify key drivers behind results. Flexible work options offered in a dynamic finance transformation.

Qualifications

Experience in business controlling, FP&A or similar partnering role.
Understanding of month-end closing, financial reporting, budget, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience collaborating with the business as a finance partner.
Curiosity and a drive to improve processes and outcomes.
Strong Excel and reporting/BI experience; hands-on with AI tools.

Responsibilities

Drive and support monthly closing, forecasts and performance management, with accurate reporting and variance analysis.
Act as Finance Business Partner, challenging assumptions and advising managers financially.
Analyse revenue, margins, costs, customers and products to provide actionable insights.
Prepare and communicate management reporting and performance insights.
Continuously improve processes and build data-driven decision making.
Develop analytical foundation and tooling for the finance function.
