Job summary

1 Hotel Copenhagen is seeking a passionate, organised Food & Beverage Coordinator to support the F&B leadership team. You will coordinate team schedules, assist payroll and purchasing processes, and keep daily administration on track to ensure smooth service and guest experiences.

You should be experienced in administrative or operational support within hospitality or F&B, comfortable handling records, reports, and scheduling with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in administrative, coordinating or operational support within hospitality or F&B.
• Experience preparing schedules, coordinating changes and keeping accurate records of working hours and attendance.
• Familiarity with Timegrip, Workday and BirchStreet; quick to learn new systems.
• Strong numerical skills with experience in reporting and purchasing follow-up.
• Knowledge of collective agreements is a plus; able to apply guidelines in scheduling.
• Clear English communication; collaborative and task-driven.

Working closely with our F&B leadership team, you'll play a key role in coordinating team schedules, supporting payroll and purchasing processes, and keeping daily administration on track. With your eye for detail and proactive approach, you'll help create the structure and support that allows our F&B teams to focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

About you...

• You’re highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy bringing clarity to a fast-paced environment.
• You have experience in an administrative, coordinating or operational support role, ideally within hospitality or F&B.
• You’re comfortable preparing schedules, coordinating changes and keeping accurate records of working hours and attendance.
• Experience with Timegrip, Workday and BirchStreet are an advantage, and you’re confident learning new systems and processes.
• You have a good understanding of numbers and enjoy working with reports, purchasing information and administrative follow-up.
• As we operate under a collective bargaining agreement, previous knowledge of collective agreements is a plus. Equally important is your willingness to understand the relevant guidelines and apply them thoughtfully in day‑to‑day scheduling.
• You communicate clearly in English.
• You are solution‑oriented, enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in following tasks through to completion.
