Job summary

Admiral Hotel is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our evening operations and create memorable guest moments across aye aye, Banquets & Events, Room Service and more.

You will drive the FOH team during busy events, supervise staff, ensure high service standards, coordinate with kitchen and Events to deliver flawless guest experiences while upholding food safety and hygiene. Working hours are afternoons and evenings, with opportunities to influence training and menu knowledge.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within F&B service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent communication with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Ability to take responsibility and bring structure to daily operations.
• Strong hospitality passion and guest-focused approach.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening operations of outlets including Banquets, Room Service, and events.
• Collaborate with Events, Kitchen and FOH to execute flawless events.
• Lead FOH team during quieter periods.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with scheduling, orders, budgeting and activations.
