Job summary

Admiral Hotel in Copenhagen seeks an engaged Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our evening operations and create memorable moments for guests. You will oversee the FOH and collaborate with Events, Kitchen, and other teams to deliver flawless events and exceptional service.

You will drive guest satisfaction, maintain high standards, and support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, orders, and activations. The role emphasizes strong leadership and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within F&B service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent communicator with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Enjoy taking responsibility and bringing structure to daily operations.
• Natural passion for hospitality, storytelling, and guest experience.
• Sommelier education is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of evening outlets (aye aye, Banquets & Events, Room Service, and more).
• Lead the Front of House team during evenings and quieter event periods.
• Partner with Events Administration, Kitchen, and FOH to execute events from weddings to corporate dinners.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Align with kitchen, reception, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Support and motivate the team by sharing menu knowledge and maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and service procedures are followed while optimizing operations.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in scheduling, orders, budgeting, and activations.
