Job summary

Green SM seeks a Branch Director to lead depot operations across the EU. You will oversee vehicle dispatch, charging, maintenance, and workforce management, ensuring safety and SLA compliance.

You will manage fleet assets, drive cost efficiency, develop teams, and report performance to HQ. Requires 8+ years in depot or large-scale ops, EU regulatory experience, and fluent English; master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in depot, fleet, logistics or large-scale ops.
• Experience with EU regulatory and labor frameworks.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily depot operations including vehicle dispatch, charging, and parking.
• Ensure safety, SLA compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Optimize depot layout, workflows, and capacity for efficiency.
• Manage fleet assets, maintenance, and asset readiness.
• Lead depot teams, set targets, and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cost efficiency and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Fleet, Finance, HR, and HQ.
