Job summary

Culture Vitale is seeking an experienced commission-based B2B sales freelancer to grow corporate partnerships across Europe. You will engage CXOs and HR/L&D leaders, promote our Sessions of Vitality, and convert conversations into bookings while building repeat business with HR, L&D, and leadership teams.

Based in Europe with the right to work, you will operate as an independent contractor, leveraging premium brand assets and CRM tools provided by Culture Vitale.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales/partnerships experience with large organizations.
• Strong ability to acquire and manage accounts.
• Experience with corporate services, HR/L&D, events or wellness is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; other EU languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (CXO, HR, L&D, leadership, dept. heads).
• Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality.
• Convert conversations into confirmed bookings and secure repeat business.
• Nurture long-term client relationships and act as market lead in your territory.
