Danfoss in Denmark seeks a Senior Manager, Procurement Europe to lead the European procurement strategy for the Plate Heat Exchangers business. You will manage a team of 6 professionals, drive cost efficiency, and ensure high-quality materials and reliable supply across Europe and export markets.

You’ll shape supplier partnerships, collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Product Management, and influence strategic decisions to support global growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of people leadership experience with a track record of developing teams and managing performance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of procurement experience within industrial manufacturing or similar technical environments.
• Strong expertise in supplier management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost reduction.
• Experience in cross-functional and international settings with stakeholder influence.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of procurement professionals, developing capabilities and driving high performance.
• Develop and execute European sourcing strategies aligned with global objectives and export needs.
• Contribute to global sourcing and lead selected global categories as required.
• Build and strengthen a supplier network, manage qualification, performance, risk, and development.
• Drive negotiations and cost improvement programs using strategic sourcing and supplier collaboration.
• Support industrial processes including APQP and PPAP and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
