Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations and corporate communications in biotech/pharma or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of drug development and biotech valuation drivers, plus knowledge of financial markets and disclosure requirements.
• Proven track record building relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and the European investment community.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and expand relationships with European institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other capital market stakeholders, serving as a primary contact for investor inquiries
• Support the development and execution of the IR strategy and equity story in alignment with the Head of Investor Relations and senior leadership
• Plan and lead European roadshows, investor meetings, conferences, and capital markets events, as well as quarterly earnings communications
• Prepare financial results communications, earnings releases, investor presentations, scripts, Q&A materials, and annual/interim report content
• Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and shareholder composition in Europe and provide insights to leadership
• Contribute to corporate communications, including press releases, media relations, and social media content, ensuring compliant messaging with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Communications
