Job summary

Zealand Pharma U.S. is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to serve as a key voice to the global investment community. You will translate complex biotech science and strategy into a clear equity story and work with senior leadership to align investor communications with financial goals.

You will lead European investor relations efforts, plan roadshows, and collaborate with Legal, Finance and Corporate Communications to safeguard consistent messaging and comply with market regulations.

Qualifications

Significant experience in investor relations or related capital markets roles in biotech or pharma.
Strong understanding of financial markets, disclosure and reporting requirements.
Proven ability to build relationships with institutional investors and analysts.

Responsibilities

Lead and communicate the equity story to European and global investors and analysts.
Translate science, clinical progress and strategy into credible narrative.
Plan and execute European roadshows, investor meetings, and earnings communications.
Prepare earnings releases, investor presentations, Q&A materials, and annual reports.
Monitor market trends, investor sentiment and shareholding patterns in Europe.
Contribute to corporate communications with press releases and media relations, ensuring compliant messaging.
