Job summary

Connected Wind Services Denmark seeks an ERP Manager to own and develop the core ERP platform, ensuring robust data, processes and decision support across the organization.

You will lead end-to-end ERP operations, roadmap delivery, and governance, collaborating with Finance, Operations, Service and Management, as well as external partners. The role focuses on data quality, process alignment, and continuous improvement with strong emphasis on governance and optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with ERP systems and processes.
• Experience with data, IT and business intelligence to improve systems, processes and reporting.
• Fluency in English (reading and writing).
• Relevant educational background in IT, Business IT, Information Management or ERP-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP platform end-to-end from operations to roadmap and governance.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, service, and management to align ERP with business goals.
• Lead ERP implementations and ongoing optimization, including master data governance.
• Manage ERP support function and liaise with external consultants
• Coordinate change requests and ensure budget control and cost monitoring
• Drive user adoption and define a scalable superuser organization

Job description

As our new ERP Manager, you will take ownership of our core ERP platform and play a pivotal role in its ongoing development, optimization, and governance. Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Operations, and Management, as well as external partners, you will ensure our ERP system provides a solid foundation for efficient business processes, high-quality data, and informed decision-making.

What you will do

You will be responsible for our ERP platform end-to-end, from daily operations to long-term roadmap. You will work closely with finance, operations, service, and management to make sure our ERP setup supports our growth, efficiency, and quality ambitions. Your job is to connect processes, systems, and people so that data flows smoothly through the entire organisation.

• Key responsible for the core ERP systemand areaofCWS.Take and steerERPimplementationprojectsfromimplementation tooperationandoptimization
• Proactivelyleadtheusage of ERP in the organization as a tool tooptimizebusiness performance,both in terms ofoptimizingsystem functionality andimprovingusercompetencies throughout the organization.
• Setup, executeand manage efficient daily ERP support function in CWS incl. interface to external consultant
• Managing andcontinuouslydeveloping a superuser organization in CWSwhichprovideuser supportandcoordinateandalignon operational and development topics.
• Responsible fortheMasterdatagovernance in the ERP system, incl.management ofthemasterdataorganisation
• Steer andmanageinternal stakeholders in CWS as well as the external ERP consultant
• Review and coordinate change requests for further optimization of system and processes, including takinglead andfinalizingopen topics planned for aftergolive
• Ensure tight monitoring of costs and ensure firm budget control
• Follow up and ensure that BC is running and processes followed as intended
• Ensure that the ERP system is implemented in astructure that secures a consistent and homogeneous foundation for managingand steering the company

What you will bring

You bring solid experience with ERP management i.e. from a consultancy role or as a specialist and a good understanding of how service-oriented businesses work behind the scenes. You enjoy talking to users, challenging “the way we’ve always done it”, and turning feedback into concrete improvements. You can dive into details when needed but still keep the bigger picture in mind.

• Relevant educational background within IT, Business IT, Information Management, Digital Business Development, ERP systems, Business Administration or similar
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience and knowledge of ERP systems, incl. processes
• A very good understanding of data, IT, and Business Intelligence, and experience with working with these areas improving systems, processes, and methods of reporting
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, and PowerBI or similar systems
• Ideally, experience from a group function/setting – steering of independent subsidiaries. International experience a plus
• English fluent reading and writing

Travel to thefuture entities outside DK maybe requiredto ensurea firmestablishment of the ERP system.Expected1-3 overnight stays or even one-day trips.
