Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in operations reporting, data coordination or BI.
• Experience with AI, automation and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of standardized operational KPI reporting across markets and technologies.
• Ensure consistent definitions, data structures and reporting processes are applied globally.
• Coordinate validation of production data with Technical Department, ensuring availability and production rest on the same definitions.
• Maintain and continuously improve the operational reporting model within the global framework.
• Support data quality and data governance across relevant systems and data sources.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify reporting processes, reducing manual work.
• Coordinate digital reporting solutions in collaboration with IT, Finance and BI.

We are looking for an experienced Performance & Reporting Coordinator/Manager to join our Global Operations organization. Based at our head office in Denmark, you will report directly to our Global Operations Director and work closely with the Operations leadership team across countries. Together you will establish a single, trusted approach to operational performance reporting across markets, technologies, and functions globally.

Your Role

As Performance & Reporting Coordinator/Manager, you will sit at the center of operational intelligence, coordinating standardized performance data flows across Technical, Commercial Management, HSE and OT, together with Finance, IT and Business Intelligence. This is not an ownership role — you won’t own operational or commercial performance, define KPIs or financial settlement. You will own the consistency, quality and evolution of how performance is reported. You’ll be the central coordinator ensuring agreed definitions are applied consistently, data is validated and trusted, and reporting becomes increasingly automated and AI-enabled. The framework — KPI definitions, reporting standards and governance — is owned by the Global Operations Lead. You own how it is delivered: the data model, quality, automation and reliability

This is a staff function reporting directly to the Global Operations Director. You’ll work independently while collaborating across many teams, with a high-impact role in a growing, maturing global organization. As a new role, you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape the role and set the future standard for performance reporting.

Main Responsibilities

Performance Reporting & Data

• Coordinate the delivery of standardized operational KPI reporting across markets and technologies
• Ensure consistent definitions, data structures and reporting processes are applied globally
• Coordinate, in corporation with our Technical and Commercial Management teams, validation of production data and ensure accurate, timely delivery to Finance for settlement
• Coordinate validation of technical performance data with Technical Department, so availability and production rest on the same definitions in every market
• Maintain and continuously improve the operational reporting model, within the reporting framework owned by Global Operations Lead
• Support data quality and data governance across relevant systems and data sources

Digitalization, Automation & AI

• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify reporting processes, significantly reducing manual work
• Coordinate the implementation of digital reporting solutions in collaboration with IT, Finance and Business Intelligence
• Identify and facilitate relevant AI use cases within reporting, data validation, anomaly detection and performance insights
• Continuously assess how new digital and AI capabilities can improve the quality, speed and efficiency of reporting

Performance Follow-up & Coordination

• Surface performance gaps and ask the accountable owner for an explanation. Where it is not resolved, elevate it to the quarterly Global Operations Review
• Coordinate reporting inputs and timelines across Technical, Commercial, HSE, OT, Finance and the countries
• Act as the central point of coordination for internal and external requests related to operational performance data
• Support management reporting and the quarterly Global Operations Review with reliable, consistent data. The agenda for that review is owned by the Global Operations Lead

Your Profile

Professional Background

• Minimum 3 years' experience in operations reporting, data coordination, business intelligence, or management reporting
• Experience working with AI, automation and digital solutions is essential, not optional
• Experience or knowledge with ERP systems, BI platforms, or data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar). You will work on the group’s existing BI platform together with Business Intelligence, rather than building a reporting stack alongside it
• Ability and willingness to develop technical knowledge and translate technical insights into standardized performance reporting.
• Background in a global, matrix‑based organization is an advantage
• Fluent in English; other languages an asset
