Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Domain Architect to lead the Local Manufacturing Tehran ERP solution and support architectural governance across Global Manufacturing Solutions. The role blends business and technology to translate needs into robust, compliant digital solutions.

Based in Denmark, you will drive architecture reviews, engage with vendors and cross-functional teams, and contribute to enterprise architecture across GMS to enable operational excellence in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT Architecture or Solution Architecture.
• Experience with ERP solutions and complex business processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integrations, security and compliance requirements.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the Solution Architect for the LMT ERP solution throughout its lifecycle, from design and implementation to operations and maintenance.
• Serving as the primary technical contact for the ERP vendor in regards to architectural matters, ensuring collaboration between business stakeholders and external partners.
• Translating business strategies and requirements into scalable architecture and solution designs.
• Supporting architectural governance, solution reviews and architecture forums across GMS.
• Driving technical decision-making by identifying risks, opportunities and fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and building alignment across functions.
