Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a Domain Architect to lead ERP architecture for Local Manufacturing Tehran (LMT) within Global Manufacturing Solutions. You will drive architectural governance for GMS, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders across functions.

You will contribute to enterprise architecture, security and regulatory compliance while promoting strong governance and architectural reviews across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT Architecture, Solution Architecture or related discipline.
• Experience with ERP solutions and complex business processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integrations, security and compliance requirements.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably pharmaceuticals, manufacturing or life sciences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Solution Architect for the LMT ERP solution across its lifecycle from design to operations.
• Serve as primary technical contact for the ERP vendor regarding architectural matters.

The Position

As a Domain Architect, you will play a dual role. You will act as the Solution Architect for the Local Manufacturing Tehran (LMT) ERP solution, serving both the affiliate and manufacturing operations. At the same time, you will contribute to the Manufacturing Architecture team by supporting architectural governance, solution reviews and target architecture development across GMS.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the Solution Architect for the LMT ERP solution throughout its lifecycle, from design and implementation to operations and maintenance
• Serving as the primary technical contact for the ERP vendor in regards of architectural matters, and ensuring strong collaboration between business stakeholders and external partners
• Translating business strategies and requirements into scalable architecture and solution designs
• Supporting architectural governance, solution reviews and architecture forums across GMS
• Driving technical decision-making by identifying risks, opportunities and fit-for-purpose solutions
• Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and building alignment across functions

About the Department

You will join Manufacturing Architecture, a team responsible for guiding architectural direction and governance across Global Manufacturing Solutions. The team works closely with GMS IT leaders, architects, IT professionals and external partners to ensure technology decisions support Novo Nordisk's strategic priorities and operational excellence. The role is based in Denmark and involves collaboration with stakeholders across functions and geographies.

What We Offer

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000 to 956,900 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
