Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Project Management professional to drive production and development challenges across our novelty projects. You will lead task forces, push foundation improvements, and ensure quality guidelines are in place while aligning with the Strategic Novelty Development roadmap.

We value strong negotiators with excellent written and spoken English, capable of mapping complex processes and building cross-functional relationships across our global sites.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering high quality results in a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to map, understand and educate complex processes.
  • Professional level English required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive production and development challenges as a task force lead.
  • Lead improvement and foundation projects; support strategic road-maps.
  • Ensure guidelines for quality and design are established.
  • Provide input to the Novelty Development roadmap for efficiency.

Job description

Job Description In Novelty Development, we ensure on-time and in-full execution of novelties (decoration and assembly solutions), from received design through implementation in running production. Across varying levels of complexity and technology newness, we ensure that designs coming from Product Development are met and are manufacturable at mass-production scale across up to five global sites.

Core Responsibilities Drive production and development challenges task force Driver of task force on improvement and strengthening foundation projects Driver of developments projects that call for special attention based on complexity in terms of technical solution and or time. Driver of Secure that the needed guidelines in terms of quality and design are established. Key input giver to the Strategic Novelty Development road-map for improving efficiency.

Are you up for the challenge?

Relevant working experience in Project Management; with high quality deliverables in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Strong negotiation, communication, influencing and analytical skills with ability to develop & manage stakeholder relationships.

Experience with working on creating optimizations project including finical calculation and benefit for business cases.

Professional level English is a requirement in this role.

Ability to map, understand and educate complex process mapping.
