Product & Marketing Development (PMD) sits at the heart of the LEGO Group, creating the products and experiences that inspire children around the world. This role is part of the Project Management & Portfolio Enabling (PMPE) organization, a team dedicated to enabling Business and Innovation through operational excellence and strong project leadership. As a Senior Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative products to life. Through your end-to-end understanding of the value chain and your ability to align diverse stakeholders, you will help balance business ambitions with operational effectiveness, ensuring successful project delivery from concept to launch.
