Job summary

The LEGO Group's Novelty Development team seeks a skilled Project Manager to drive production challenges and improvement initiatives across multiple sites. You will influence design and quality guidelines while delivering strategic roadmap input for efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Relevant working experience in Project Management; with high quality deliverables in a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, influencing and analytical skills with ability to develop & manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with working on creating optimizations project including finical calculation and benefit for business cases.
  • Professional level English is a requirement in this role.
  • Ability to map, understand and educate complex process mapping.

Job Description

In Novelty Development, we ensure on-time and in-full execution of novelties (decoration and assembly solutions), from received design through implementation in running production. Across varying levels of complexity and technology newness, we ensure that designs coming from Product Development are met and are manufacturable at mass-production scale across up to five global sites.
