The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking an Equipment Manager Specialist to lead the development of automated high‑precision manufacturing equipment from concept to deployment. You will work with a project team and multidisciplinary engineers, turning ideas into scalable factory solutions for decoration, coating, and pre‑assembly of LEGO components.
You will drive technical direction, plan resources and costs, and ensure quality through reviews and testing.
