Job summary

Episode is opening a brand-new store in Aarhus and is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead from day one. In this role you will be the face of the store, build your team, and drive sales and KPIs. You’ll train in Copenhagen for a month before starting in Aarhus.

English fluency is a must, living in Aarhus, with at least two years in a retail management role. Salaries during training are paid; travel/accommodation in Copenhagen is your responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a retail environment.
• Speak fluently English (hard requirement).
• Living in Aarhus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a store team and daily operations.
• Support the Regional Manager and align with KPI targets.
• Take responsibility for store sales, KPI targets, and planning.
• Create daily tasks and weekly schedules.
• Oversee Visual Merchandising and processing delivered goods.

On December 1st, 2026, we’re opening the doors of our brand-new store in Aarhus, and we’re looking for passionate people to build it with us from day one!

Get a head start in Copenhagen
Can you start on the 1st of November? Then you’ll spend your first month training in our Copenhagen store, learning everything about our products, our customers and the way we work, straight from our experienced team. You’ll arrive in Aarhus ready to shine on opening day.

You’ll receive your regular salary for all hours worked during the training. Travel and accommodation in Copenhagen are at your own expense, so it’s a great opportunity if you have friends or family there, or simply fancy a month in the capital.

As a Store Manager at Episode you will play a big role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions. We put our passion in your hands and you will be the face of our store, a true vintage treasure pit!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a store team;
• Support the Regional Manager;
• Take responsibility of store sales and KPI targets;
• Planning; Daily tasks as well as weekly schedules;
• Visual Merchandising of the store and processing delivered goods.

MUST HAVES

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a retail environment (hard demand);
• Speak fluently English (hard demand);
• Stress-resistant;
• Living in Aarhus.
