Episode is seeking a Sales Assistant in Aarhus, with initial training in Copenhagen. You will handle customer interactions, learn products, and join a dynamic team preparing for our opening day in Aarhus. You’ll be the face of our flagship store and contribute to sustainable fashion strategies as part of a growing international retailer.

Regular retail hours apply with training pay. Candidates should be energetic, customer-focused, and willing to work both weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Energetic with hands-on mentality.
• Fluent English is required.
• Willingness to work week and weekend days.
• Based in Aarhus or able to commute.

Get a head start in Copenhagen

Can you start on the 1st of November? Then you’ll spend your first month training in our Copenhagen store, learning everything about our products, our customers and the way we work, straight from our experienced team. You’ll arrive in Aarhus ready to shine on opening day.

You’ll receive your regular salary for all hours worked during the training. Travel and accommodation in Copenhagen are at your own expense, so it’s a great opportunity if you have friends or family there, or simply fancy a month in the capital.

As an Sales Assistant at Episode you will play a big role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions. We put our passion in your hands and you will be the face of our store, a true vintage treasure pit in one of our Flagship stores!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile;
• Visual Merchandising of the store and processing deliverd goods;
• Work together with the team to get the best results.

MUST HAVES

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a retail environment;
• Energetic and a hands-on mentality;
• Speak fluently English (hard demand);
• Availability on week and weekend days;
• Living in Aarhus;
