Episode is opening a brand-new store in Aarhus and seeks passionate people to join from day one. The role offers 30–37.5 hours per week with a first month training in Copenhagen before launching in Aarhus.

You will be the face of the store, contributing to sales, KPI targets, and Visual Merchandising. Fluent English is required, and you must reside in Aarhus in a growing, international fashion company.

Formación

• Experience in a retail environment.

On December 1st, 2026, we’re opening the doors of our brand-new store in Aarhus, and we’re looking for passionate people to build it with us from day one.

Get a head start in Copenhagen

Can you start on the 1st of November? Then you’ll spend your first month training in our Copenhagen store, learning everything about our products, our customers and the way we work, straight from our experienced team. You’ll arrive in Aarhus ready to shine on opening day.

You’ll receive your regular salary for all hours worked during the training. Travel and accommodation in Copenhagen are at your own expense, so it’s a great opportunity if you have friends or family there, or simply fancy a month in the capital.

As a Keyholder at Episode Aarhus you will play a big role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions at one of our Flagship Stores. We put our passion in your hands and you will be the face of our store, a true vintage treasure pit!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MUST HAVES

• Experience in a retail environment;

• Speak fluently English (hard demand);
• Availability on week and weekend days;
• Living in Aarhus;
• PLUS: Experience in Visual Merchandising!
