Episode Aarhus is opening a brand-new store, and we’re looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to build it with us from day one.

We kick off with a training month in Copenhagen; after that you’ll move to Aarhus for opening day, leading the store team, supporting the Store Manager, and driving sales and KPI targets in a vibrant, fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a management role in retail
• Fluent English required
• Able to work under pressure and lead a team
• Resident of Aarhus or willing to relocate to Aarhus

Responsabilités

Episode Aarhus – Assistant store manager

Be part of something new in Aarhus!

On December 1st, 2026, we’re opening the doors of our brand-new store in Aarhus, and we’re looking for passionate people to build it with us from day one.

Get a head start in Copenhagen

Can you start on the 1st of November? Then you’ll spend your first month training in our Copenhagen store, learning everything about our products, our customers and the way we work, straight from our experienced team. You’ll arrive in Aarhus ready to shine on opening day.

You’ll receive your regular salary for all hours worked during the training. Travel and accommodation in Copenhagen are at your own expense, so it’s a great opportunity if you have friends or family there, or simply fancy a month in the capital.

As a Assistant Store Manager at Episode you will play a big role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions. We put our passion in your hands and you will be the face of our store, a true vintage treasure pit!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the store team;
• Support the Store Manager;
• Take responsibility of store sales and KPI targets;
• Planning; Daily tasks as well as weekly schedules;
• Visual Merchandising of the store and processing delivered goods.

MUST HAVES

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a retail environment (hard demand);
• Speak fluently English (hard demand);
• Stress-resistant;
• Living in Aarhus.
