AlphaConnect’s luxury Randers hotel is seeking an Entry-Level Concierge to join our team. You will greet guests, assist with requests, and ensure every guest experiences exceptional service in our welcoming lobby.

Responsibilities include making restaurant and event reservations, arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, and keeping the lobby tidy. We value positive attitudes, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Danish proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service/hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with requests.
• Make restaurant and event reservations.
• Arrange transportation for guests.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions.
• Maintain lobby appearance and cleanliness.
