Qualifications

Are you a friendly and organized individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry Our luxury hotel in Randers is seeking an Entry-Level Concierge to join our team

As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests This includes greeting and assisting guests with their requests making reservations for restaurants and events arranging transportation and providing recommendations for local attractions You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English Danish proficiency is a plus with excellent communication skills Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required We offer free visa and ticket for international candidates
