Job summary

SafeHarbor Logistics is seeking a Front Desk Concierge for our luxury hotel in Vejle. You will welcome guests, assist with their needs, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling requests and inquiries, making reservations for local attractions, coordinating with hotel departments, and assisting with check-in and check-out. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal English; other languages a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide information about the hotel and its amenities.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters or other local attractions.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during guest stays.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, transportation options and tourist attractions.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures including processing payments and issuing room keys.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized at all times.
• Provide concierge services such as booking spa appointments, arranging transportation or making dinner reservations for guests.
