Overview

Position Summary We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team in Vejle Denmark. As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to our guests making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This position requires no prior experience and offers a salary of $1700 per month with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
• Provide information about local attractions events and recommendations for dining options
• Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
• Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to management
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required

Working Conditions

This position is full-time 40 hours per week. The work schedule may include evenings weekends and holidays. We do not offer accommodation for this role therefore preference will be given to applicants who already reside in Vejle or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
