Responsibilities

• Assist bakers in preparing ingredients for baking such as measuring, mixing and portioning doughs or batters.
• Help with the shaping and decorating of baked goods.
• Monitor ovens and ensure proper baking times are followed.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of ingredients.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling equipment or working with heat sources.
