Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineering Manager for the NG-SIEM frontend team in Aarhus, Denmark. You will lead a world-class frontend engineering group, drive hiring, mentorship, and deliver a scalable, analyst-focused search UI across the Falcon platform.

You will partner with Product, UX, and backend teams to align customer needs with architecture, scale to >100 PB/day ingestion, and maintain performance and accessibility as the product grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with frontend development using modern web frameworks and languages like TypeScript/JavaScript.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading frontend or full-stack teams, with hiring and talent development.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture for large-scale web apps, including state management and performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive frontend initiatives for NG-SIEM, building a modernized search interface across Falcon platform.
• Own the frontend tech vision and roadmap for LogScale frontend surfaces, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Lead and grow a team of frontend engineers with mentorship and a culture of ownership and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and backend teams to translate customer needs into scalable frontend solutions.
• Drive frontend architecture decisions balancing delivery speed and maintainability.
• Set and evolve engineering standards, including code review, testing, and development workflows.
• Own delivery execution, breaking down initiatives into increments and ensuring high-quality releases.
• Coordinate with NG-SIEM, Falcon platform, and other product groups for integration and strategy.
• Monitor feature quality through observability and user feedback, driving continuous improvement.
