Job summary

Lunar in Aarhus, Denmark, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead two senior squads and shape the platform strategy. You will drive reliability, productivity, and quality across the application and builder-productivity platforms, fostering AI-native development and strong internal partnerships.

You’ll report to the VP of Technology and help scale Lunar’s technology while balancing culture, governance, and delivery for internal customers.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years leading engineering teams and coaching senior ICs.
• Experience building internal platforms and internal developer customers.
• Strong knowledge of hosting, scaling, and cost trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with modern coding tools driving AI-native development.

Responsibilities

• Lead two squads of senior engineers, setting direction and removing blockers.
• Own platform outcomes: reliability, productivity, quality, adoption.
• Drive the shift to AI-native development across the org.
• Collaborate with product teams to map priorities to customer needs.
